Seriously my favourite place. I can't wait for this to be within driving distance!!!!!

I know there is no awesome glow or anything, but i still love the muted brightness of this scene!!

*UPDATE*
Now that i have resized this, You can actually see in the center left a small herd of elk crossing the lake.

I got a smile on my face when I saw this shot. -FINALLY, I thought. Finally a shot (in a while) that shows and represent the naked beauty of nature.
Here the composition and perpective shows the natural light, the ambient colors and the stillness of a wonderful location.

I think it's good that this show don't have the sunset of Gods or the morning of Vikings. It doesn't need that boost to show it's beauty. Sure a sunset/sunrise here would clearly be absolutely fantastic and majestic, but not needed.

A well balanced shot with good elements of nature and a view of beauty rarely seen in it's natural form. The light here is stunning. Soft, distant glow and just about shimmer on the top of the mountains, classic!
